Introducing:
The Rolling Barrier Guardrail System is a MASH-approved (TL3/TL4), next generation guardrail which combines rotating barrels made from the energy-absorbing co-polymer Ethylene-vinyl acetate (EVA), with a proprietary steel guardrail, to create the world’s safest roadside and median barrier.
In addition to MASH crash tests TL3 &TL4, the Rolling Barrier Guardrail System has passed EN1317 crash tests H1 & H2 and we are CE certified.
The Rolling Barrier Guardrail was built with maintenance as a primary concern. A modular design comprised of D-shaped steel rails, round steel-posts with EVA shock-absorbing barrels, and frame rail lockers means that after incidents, individual parts can be replaced without compromising the entire system thus reducing maintenance costs.
The rotating element of the Rolling Barrier Guardrail has highly visible reflective sheeting bands which provide safe reflective warning to the night time driver.
The Rolling Barrier Guardrail can be used on dangerous curved roads, severe radius exit and entrance ramps, bridge decks, entrances to tunnels as well as general safety barriers to potentially hazardous roadside facilities.

The Rolling Barrier Guardrail has passed the stringent requirements of the USA MASH and European EN1317 crash tests with superior re-direction and minimum deflection performance as compared to traditional road safety barrier products. Crash test results showed minimal to no damage to the Rolling Barrier Guardrail after impact which can be attributed to its energy-distributing design. Minimal damage combined with its modular component-based design will reduce overall maintenance costs.
